The scholarship is offered to non-European deserving international students to pursue Bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at the Science Po Institute in France. The Émile Boutmy scholarship is named after the founder of Science Po to attract talented and best international students from outside Europe.
To be eligible for the scholarship applicants must be from a non-European Union state and have been admitted to the Undergraduate and Masters program, The scholarship is competitive and based on merit, and the candidate’s profile is sought for the program. There is no separate application for the scholarship you just need to indicate you are applying to the Emile Boutmy scholarship in the Sciences Po admission application. The application deadline for the Undergraduate degree program is March 4th, 2025 and for the Masters program, it’s December 1st, 2024 make sure you apply within the mentioned due date no application requests will be accepted after the due date.

- The scholarship offers a Tuition Grant of €13,100 per year

How to Apply for the Emily Boutmy Scholarship?
All the students who are interested in the scholarship need to indicate that they are applying for the Émile Boutmy scholarship in the “Financial information section” of the admission application. There is no separate application for the scholarship, the admission department is responsible for awarding the scholarships. Only applicants admitted to one of the eligible programs at Sciences Po Institute will be considered for the scholarship.
