EWC Fellowship Duration:
The funding is available for the duration of the respective master’s degree programs, which last 1-2 years, and the doctoral degree programs, which last 3-4 years.

Who can Apply?
Candidates from the eligible countries must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for fellowship:
- The candidate must possess a 4-year bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a recognized institution abroad.
- The last four semesters or six quarters of undergraduate coursework, as well as any post-baccalaureate work (if applicable), should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a scale of 4.0).
- By December 1, students must apply to UH Mānoa for the fall semester If they haven’t already.
Selection Criteria:
- The selection process will give preference to applicants who demonstrate a genuine interest in and connection to the Asia-Pacific region.
