Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) extends a warm invitation to all student entrepreneurs around the world to join the Global Student Entrepreneurship Awards GSEA Global competition 2024-2025. This competition brings together budding startup founders to compete on local and national levels, culminating in the GSEA Global Finals, where they have the opportunity to showcase their start-ups on a global platform and compete for a prize of $100,000.
EO has been organizing the competition since 2016, with global finals across multiple international destinations, including Canada in 2023, a major success! Previous events have taken place in Germany, South Africa, Canada, and Thailand.
Students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs who have been operating a functional startup for at least six months as of September 2024, with a minimum revenue generation of $500, or who have received an initial investment of $1,000, are eligible to compete locally against other startups from the same region, with the goal of identifying GSEA qualifying winners from each region. The qualifying winners will then compete with winners from all over the world. Exciting, isn’t it?
Apply today and go global with your entrepreneurial ventures!

Judging Criteria:
Two components make up the Judgement Criteria for the GSEA Global Entrepreneurship Awards.
No 1. The student entrepreneur:
The student entrepreneurs are evaluated based on how they have overcome challenges and learned from their mistakes. How effectively can they manage to be students and entrepreneurs? The passionate yet realistic approach they have towards their business must be solving a problem rather than just focusing on making a profit. The business model must align with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s (EO) core values, “Thirst to learn, think big, be bold, and grow together.
No. 2. The student business:
A key consideration in business is the effectiveness of showcasing the business’s vision on the global stage. Students’ comprehension of business fundamentals and their awareness of their business’s revenue and growth potential are key factors to consider.
