Step 1: Submit online application through official website portal
Step 2: Virtual Job tryout and On-demand Video Interview: Interns have to record their response to questions asked.
Final assessment: A virtual session with two professionals from Shell asking questions based on Shell C A R criteria. The interns shall answer questions related to their personal experiences and why they want to work at Shell.
Internship Placement: After the assessment has been completed the Interns shall start with the program.
Offer: After your successful completion of the Shell assessed program, the Shell shall offer you a position in the Shell Graduate program.
