North Atlantic Treaty Organization also known as NATO is calling for applications for the NATO Young Professionals Programme 2025, It’s an entry-level position for talented applicants who want to pursue their career in NATO. The selected young professionals will be serving in various working areas in NATO bodies to gain experience across the Alliance.
Selected applicants will be assigned to 3 NATO bodies each with one one-year duration which makes a total of 3 years to provide a better understanding of the organization. After completion of the 3 years tenure in NATO bodies, applicants will be assigned a role in one of NATO bodies where they have to give an additional 3 years based on requirements and individual performance.

Eligiblity Criteria:
- Applicants fulfilling the required criteria can apply for the Young Professionals Program:
- Nationals of NATO member countries are eligible to apply
- Applicant’s age must be greater than 21 years of age
- At least one year of professional experience that includes full-time employment, temporary assignments, or internships.
- Qualification requires a master’s degree from a recognized institute
- Proficiency in one of two NATO official languages (French or English)
Young Professional Role
As young professionals, you will be assigned to three different NATO bodies where you will be working in a diverse and stimulating environment under the supervision of experts to gain knowledge and expertise for your next professional roles.
