World Learning Global UGRAD Program 2025 | Fully Funded

Application call for the World Learning Global UGRAD Program 2025, a prestigious exchange program to the USA offered to undergraduate students from participating countries to complete one semester at the U.S. Institution of Higher Education. Currently, the annual application for the program is open. Applicants who want to complete their exchange program during 2025-26 are encouraged to submit their application before December 15th, 2024. The program is fully sponsored by the US Department of State and managed by World Learning. The Exchange program aims to bring talented students from multiple countries to study a non-degree program at one of the host US institutes and give them a better understanding of US education and Culture. Candidates pursuing undergraduate degrees in any academic field are invited to apply – No IELTS is required for participation. No of Awards

  • The Global Ugrad will select 300 outstanding undergraduate students from around the world to participate in a one-semester non-degree exchange program at one of the host institutes.

Eligiblity Criteria:

To apply for the Global Ugrad program you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Undergraduate students from one of the participating countries
  • At least 18 years old by August 2025
  • Attending a full-time undergraduate degree program
  • Have excellent academic standing at an accredited academic institute
  • After the completion of the program full academic year of undergraduate study must remain at the home institute
  • Have good English communication skills to attend the program
  • Committed to serve their community

In Eligiblity

  • US Nationals are not eligible to apply
  • Applicants currently pursuing their education outside of the participating countries/areas.
  • Students from participating countries pursuing their education in the USA
  • Candidates who have previously attended any exchange program sponsored by the US Department of States
  • Have applied for the US residency

Program Coverage

The program is fully funded by the US Department of State and offers the following support to the participants:

  • Monthly allowance to cover living expenses
  • Economy class air travel tickets
  • Tuition fee waiver for one-semester study program
  • On-campus accommodation and meals
  • Stationary allowance
  • Health Coverage
