Fellowship Funding
The fellowship offers generous funding to the fellows for 2 years, which includes:
Fellows will receive a competitive salary:
- 1-Year gross Salary: CHF 92,500
- 2-Year gross Salary: CHF 97,200
- Total: CHF 189,700
An allowance of CHF 12,000/year to cover:

Eligibility Criteria
Individuals meeting the following criteria are eligible for the postdoctoral research fellowship at ETH Zurich:
- The fellowship is inviting applications from all nationals
- Applicants holding a Phd degree or about to complete it within 6 months
- Applicants must have obtained a doctoral degree a maximum of 2 years before the deadline
- Applicants who have not completed their doctorate must submit a certificate stating the planned date of their defence, signed by the chairman of the department or supervisor
- The PhD exam/defence/viva must be completed by the time of fellowship commences
- Applications not meeting the required criteria will be rejected
- Applicants who have secured their degree from ETH Zurich or the University of Zurich are not eligible to apply.
