Applications are now open for the Youth Congress Morocco 2025. A fully funded youth leadership conference, hosted by “Voice of Rights International Association”, is inviting applications from young, passionate leaders from around the world. The youth congress is exclusively designed for the young leaders from any academic background and profession passionate about social justice, community leadership, and global cooperation.
The conference revolves around an exciting theme of “Modern, agile diplomacy and the Role of Youth.” Moreover, during the program, participants will engage in dynamic leadership workshops, connect with like-minded youth, collaborate on projects, and explore the rich history and culture of Morocco. The duration of the program is 4 days, scheduled to take place at Rabat, Morocco, from November 21st -24th, 2025. There is no IELTS/TOEFL requirement to apply for the conference, making it more accessible for foreigners to apply. This is your chance to be a part of a Great global Debate on Peace, diplomacy, and leadership, and be ready to make a difference and represent yourself on the Global stage. The Youth Congress is designed to inspire the next generation of future leaders through leadership development, social impact training, and cultural exchange through participating in:

Number of Seats
The program is offering a total of 100 seats that are further categorized into:
- Fully Funded: 10 Seats
- Partially Funded: 40 Seats
- Self-Funded: 50 Seats

YC Morocco Eligibility Criteria
Applicants meeting the following criteria are invited to submit their applications:
- Open to all nationals
- Individuals, both Male/female, aged 16-35 years, can apply for the Fully Funded Category
- For other categories, 18+ Individuals can apply; there is no upper age limit
- Have a passion for social justice, community leadership, and global cooperation
- No IELTS/TOEFL required; however, fluency in English is required as the program will be conducted in English
- Applicants from any academic background and profession are invited to apply
