The fellowship will take place in the spring of 2027, from April to mid-May. The fellowship features both virtual and in-person components. During the program, the selected fellows will work on a project, build professional networks, and launch a dynamic collaboration with their American counterparts.
The fellowship invites applications from mid-career professionals aged 32-45 years old, regardless of any professional background, with a proven track record of leadership. Eligiblity criteria
To be eligible for the Eisenhower fellowship, you must meet the following criteria:

- Secure approval from your employer to participate in a 6-week in-person program in the USA.

Program Structure
The Global leadership program features both in-person and virtual programme components, to provide participants with both digital collaboration and inperson immersion:
Virtual Component
Participants will engage in virtual sessions before travelling to USA, the virutal components consists of online webinars, netowrking and consultation with program officers
In-Person
Participants will attend the leadership program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvenia. The inperson program features training, workshops, seminars and networking opportuneiis with global peers
Road Phase
This is the core component of the fellowship wherte fellows will designs a impact project, interact with leaders, CEO’s and experts in your fields and visit multiple states of US to have better understaning of US culture.
