The summit invites applications from young, passionate leaders aged 18–35 years from OIC member states, observer states, BRICS, and the Asia-Pacific regions to participate in a four-day, highly interactive program focused on collaborative workshops, policy development, cultural exchange, and global networking.

The summit is scheduled to take place from August 26–30, 2026, in Kazan, Tatarstan (Russian Federation). The 2026 session of the Kazan Summit is centered on the theme “Education in an Era of Global Change: Human Resources for Sustainable Development.” Delegates will also gain first-hand learning experience through exclusive panel sessions focused on key issues related to youth policy development, science, AI, and more.

It is a fully funded global youth summit, and selected delegates will receive comprehensive support covering accommodation, meals, local transportation, airfare support, and full event access.
