About Assignment
The volunteer will support the growth of UNOP’s Papua Guinea portfolio, project management, and procurement, and will work closely with the Government of Papua, the World Bank, and other reputable organizations. The volunteer will report directly to the Country Manager and work closely with the project managers under the following tasks:
- Research potential funding opportunities and market trends.
- Assist in preparing concept notes, project proposals, and presentations.
- Organize meetings with donors, government officials, and partners.
- Track new business opportunities.
- Support communication and outreach to increase visibility.
- Develop website content, newsletter, and communication materials.
- Participate in UN volunteer activities.
