Young changemakers passionate about sustainable development, Germany is calling! Applications are open for the HSC Youth Ambassador Program 2027, a fully funded international opportunity in Germany designed for young leaders working to solve sustainability challenges in their home communities. Open to young leaders aged 18-30 from eligible countries with excellent leadership experience and demonstrated experience in developing solutions to sustainability challenges.
The selected participants will take part in a roundtable in December 2026 and in the Sustainability Conference in Germany from May 31 to June 1, 2027. The program offers a wide range of perks and benefits, including travel coverage, accommodation, conference participation, and an opportunity to share their ideas, amplify their voices on the global stage, and connect with young leaders and decision-makers.

About Program
The HSC Youth Ambassador serves as a unique platform that brings together young leaders from different countries for international discussions about sustainability and development. The program allows participants to share their ideas and experiences and to engage with experts, businesses, policymakers, and decision-makers. The program focuses on applicants who are already working in their communities to bring about positive change.

Who can Apply?
To be eligible for the HSC Youth Ambassador Program 2027, you must meet the following criteria;
- Be a citizen or reside in a country listed in the DAC List of ODA Recipients of the OECD
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be actively involved in community and sustainability work
- Proficiency in English
- Commit to full-time participation in program activities
- Be available to travel to Germany during the conference dates.
