Want to experience the Autumn season in Japan? Well, Opportunities Radar is here with an amazing scholarship opportunity! Application call for the AYFN Japan Culture Camp (Autumn) 2024. ASEAN Youth Friendship Network is inviting Foreigners from all around the world to participate in this culture camp and experience various cultures and traditions of Japan.

AFYN in collaboration with a local group offers a Japan Culture Camp the aim of the program is to broaden foreign visitors and increase awareness of Japan. The duration of the camp is 6 days which will commence from 10 till 15th November 2024. 

Through this program, you will have a strong understanding of Japanese culture and language. We encourage youth from all around the world to participate in this fully funded culture exchange exposure program and have unforgettable experiences in Japan.

About AYFN Culture Camp 

Since 2015 AYFN has been offering this culture camp to foreigners with the aim to provide awareness of Japan. The program consists of 6 days during which you will learn about Japanese culture by visiting different cultural sites. Keep this in mind this is not a student exchange program it’s a culture exchange exposure program.

Culture Camp Duration & Location

• Autumn Japan Culture Camp will be held in Tokyo Japan from 10-15 November 2024.

Who can Apply?

• Nationality: All foreign nationals are invited to apply
• Age Requirement: 17-35 years of Age
• Language: Proficiency in English Language
• Commitment: Committed to attending a full program in Japan
• Health: Physically and Mentally fit
• Interest: Show interest in Japanese culture
• Preference: Applicants having experience in videography and writing

Scholarship Coverage:

Fully Funded Scholarship

The program provides the following coverage to the selected participants:

• Flight expenses up to (USD 750)
• Visa fees up to (USD 50)
• Accommodation (Double shared)
• Meals that include 4 breakfast and 5 lunch
• Visits to site visits
• Expenses for local transportation

What’s not Included:

• The organization will not bear personal expenses
• Travel insurance is not covered
• Cost of Baggage excess

Self Funded 

Applicants who are unable to secure a fully funded scholarship can also avail self-funded, in Self self-funded category there is no selection you need to pay a registration fee of USD 199, a Program fee of 650 USD, and bear the expense of flight tickets rest all the facilities are same as of Fully Funded.

How to Apply?

The application process for the AYFN Japan Culture Camp is online, Pay the registration fee starting from USD 10 to AFYN. After submission of the application shortlisted applicants will have to go through an interview and then the final decision will be made.
