The Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG) is pleased to announce the call for applications for its flagship APSIG Fellowship Programme 2026. This fully funded fellowship will take place in Taipei, one of Taiwan’s most dynamic and vibrant cities, from November 29–December 3, 2026. Every year, the program brings together young leaders from across the region to build valuable skills, knowledge, and networks to shape a more inclusive internet. The fellowship invites applications from emerging young leaders from the Asia-Pacific region, aged 18 and above, with a strong interest in internet governance. APSIG fellowship recipients receive comprehensive support, including airfare reimbursement, meals, shared accommodation, and visa fee reimbursement. No application fee is required. About APSIG 2026 Fellowship in Taiwan
It’s a fully funded fellowship in Taiwan organized by the Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance. The program aims to bring together professionals, researchers, civil society members, academics, and representatives from governmental and nongovernmental sectors to learn about internet governance, connect with experts, and build networks across the region. It’s an ideal opportunity to increase your knowledge of internet governance and take an active role in your communities.

Who can Apply?
You must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be from the Asia-Pacific region.
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Demonstrate strong interest or background in Internet Governance.
- Calling professionals, academics, researchers, civil society members, government and non-government representatives.
- Profiency in the English language.
- Women and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous alumni are not eligible to apply.
