ARES ( Académie de Recherche et d’Enseignement Supérieur), through its official portal, has made the scholarship announcement and is inviting applications from outstanding students from 31 ARES member countries who wish to pursue specialized undergraduate, master’s, and continuing training courses in the participating higher education institutes of Belgium.
The objective of the ARES scholarship is to support outstanding students from developing countries, enhance their skills through tailored training programs that will enable them to contribute to their home country’s social and economic framework. The scholarship is fully funded by the Government of Belgium, provides comprehensive support, such as Air travel coverage, living allowance, tuition fees coverage, and much more. Students from the ARES member countries holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent academic achievements are highly encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants meeting the following required criteria are invited to submit the ARES Belgium scholarship programme:
- For specialized Master’s and continuing courses, individuals must have a 2nd cycle diploma
- For specialized bachelor’s, individuals must have a 1st Cycle diploma.
- Possesses 2 years of professional work experience in ARES member countries
- Applicants from 31 eligible ARES member countries can apply

Scholarship Coverage
All the costs related to the training program are borne by the Government of Belgium. The coverage includes:

- Susitance Allowance
- Visa costs
- Tuition fees coverage
- Insurance costs for the program duration
- Indirect mission costs for continuing courses

- Step 2: Click on the Application for International Training to access the application
- Step 3: Fill out the complete application form
