University students interested in pursuing their careers in Journalism, Today at Opportunities Radar, we are here with an exciting fellowship opportunity in the United States that is meant for you! Applications are open for the Bloomberg Journalism Programme 2026, A Fully Funded fellowship programme jointly organized by a collaboration between Bloomberg News, the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, and other leading institutions in the United States. A 4 day immersive program scheduled to take place from May 18-22, 2026, at Bloomberg HQ, New York.

The Bloomberg Journalism program aims to equip students with skills, knowledge, and networks for a career in journalism while providing exposure to how journalists report on topics related to financial markets, commodity markets, governments, the economy, companies, labor, etc. The fellowship invites applications from outstanding students, both international and domestic, currently pursuing their degree program in US institutions with a strong interest in pursuing their career in journalism.

The programme highly encourages students from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences to apply. All the costs of participants will be borne by the host organization, including travel costs to New York City, lodging, and meals during the program. The application window is currently open, and it will last till February 28th, 2026. Incomplete and late submission of the application will not be entertained. Read more details below.
