CCI’s Next Talent is a part-time training management program that provides a golden opportunity for all international and national students in Turkey to pursue a 12 to 18-month program with a work schedule of three days per week while continuing their final year studies, graduating in spring 2025.
The company needs students who will be ready to work with them at their Istanbul headquarters (in many functions) or Ankara, Bursa, or İzmir (only for senior students in engineering). The program offers a monthly stipend of 4,500 to 5,500 Turkish liras (varying on the basis of location, department, and individual profile).
The selected candidates for the next level, 2024, will work across nine placement areas in Coca-Cola İçecek CCI will train the students on real-life projects, both in teams and individually, with a fast-paced, goal-driven approach, providing them with comprehensive knowledge about the work experience and business model of a global FMCG company.
