Program Duration & Location

The duration of the Administrative student program is 2-12 months and will be held at CERN Headquarters, Geneva, Switzerland.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications fulfilling the following criteria set by CERN are invited to submit their applications:

  • Applicants holding citizenship of a CERN Member or Associate Member state
  • Students pursuing their undergraduate or graduate degree program in Administrative disciplines
  • Undergrad students must have completed at least 3 semesters of their degree program
  • Available for the duration of the internship period (1-12 Months)
  • Have Good knowledge of CERN’s official language (English or French)
  • Previously had not worked at CERN for more than 3 months

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted either in English or French

  • Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae
  • Motivation letter (stating why you are applying)
  • Recent University Academic Transcript
  • Proof of Enrollment as a full-time student
  • Reference Letter from an institute professor or academic supervisor (Needs to be uploaded by your referee)
