IREX Community Solutions Program 2025 in USA (Fully Funded)

Are you up for a year-long professional leadership development program in the United States of America? The CSP is specifically designed for community leaders working in their communities and addressing issues related to conflict resolution, human rights, democracy, peace, etc. The duration of the community solution program is 1 year which consists of four months of personalized leadership training and coaching under a graduate-level leadership curriculum in the United States and six months of work on community projects that the fellows will implement in their home country. Program Structure

4 Months fellowship in USA: 

  • Selected participants will be matched with the US organization throughout the USA, where they will be taking personalized leadership coaching and training to enhance their expertise and technical skills

Community leadership institute

  • The fellows will take part in the community leadership institute where they will attend a graduate-level leadership curriculum that will strengthen their management and leadership skills. The curriculum includes training, online courses, and networking sessions.

Community-Based Projects

  • With the support of a host organization, fellows will design and plan a community development project that they need to carry out once they return to their home country.

Financial Coverage

The CSP 2025 provides the following financial assistance to the selected fellows:

  • J-1 Visa Support
  • Air travel Tickets from home city to USA
  • Monthly stipend to cover living expenses
  • Health insurance coverage
  • Accommodation
  • Community Assistance & Community Training

Eligiblity Criteria:

To be eligible for the Community Solution Program you need to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Leaders age 26-39 years as of November 13, 2024, are eligible to apply
  • Citizens of participating countries can apply
  • Applicants Currently working in their home country
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in community development
  • Currently not participating in any research, training, or academic program in the United States.
  • Having good knowledge of the English Language, semifinalists will be required to submit TOEFL or IELTS tests.
  • Must be available for four months from August – December 2025
  • Committed to return to their home country after completion of the program

How to Apply for Community Solutions Program 2025?

The application process for the CSP 2025 is online, all interested applicants are required to submit the applications before Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Applications received through fax or email won’t be entertained.
