The applications are invited by the students enrolled in the final year of the undergraduate degree program or those who have recently graduated in Management, law, and engineering-related fields. The flagship trainee program is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience by providing custom training and fostering technical expertise that is fit for future success. The duration of the GTP trainee program is 14 months after the successful completion of the program you will be assigned a fulltime role in the company. Eligiblity Criteria:
To be eligible for the program you must fulfill the following criteria:
- Fresh graduates holding a degree in Law, Engineering and management
- Students enrolled in the final year of the degree program
- Masters students are not eligible for the program
- Descon highly encourages women and person with disabilities to apply
- Overseas students are also encouraged to apply as Descon is operating in middle east and will be placing GTs across abudhabi, kuwait, qatar and oman.
- Candidates with the academic background in the areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Piping (Chemical & Mech), Proposals, I&C, Electromechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Materials & Metallurgy, Industrial Design Production, Environmental, Geological, BBA, & Law will be considered.
Program Timeline
The total duration of the trainee program is 14 months that consists of the following two parts:
- Future Leadership Training Program (2 Months)
- Graduate Trainee Program (12 Months)
After successfully completing the above two parts trainees will be assigned with the full time roles in the company.
