Call for entries for the Global Peace Photo Award 2025! Edition Lammerhyber, with the support of UNESCO, the Austrian Parliament, WordPress photo foundation, and other reputed organizations, offers the photo contest for passionate photographers who capture the essence of peace in many forms. The contest winner will receive an award of €7,000 with a fully funded trip to Vienna, Austria, to attend an award ceremony in September 2025; moreover, their work will be exhibited in the Austrian parliament for one year.
The contest is inviting applications from both professional and amateur photographers from all around the world to participate. The objective of the awards is to promote photographs that express the idea of peace and to showcase visual stories that reflect positive social impact. There is no Application fee associated with the awards; all applicants can participate free of charge. All interested applicants need to submit their application before May 18th, 2025. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants meeting the following criteria are eligible for the photo contest:
- Accepting applications from all nationals
- Amateurs and professionals both can participate
- The category “Children’s Peace Image of the Year” is for youngsters aged 14 or less
- Participants need to upload a high-quality image in (.jpg files with 3000 pixels on the longer sides)
- Don’t put any watermarks or logos on the image
