Harvard Rowland Fellowship 2026 in USA (Fully Funded)

We are here with some exciting news – one of the most renowned fellowship programs in the United States of America is finally open for applications. You heard it right! Applications are open for the Harvard Rowland Fellowship Program for the 2026 session.  The Rowland Institute at Harvard has recently announced its prestigious “Rowland Fellows Program” through its official portal and is seeking applications from outstanding early-career professionals in the fields related to science and engineering.

The fellows programme is exclusively designed for applicants currently in the process of completing their PhD degree programs or who have already secured their PhD degree after May 1, 2025. Applicants from all around the world are invited to apply and have an opportunity to immerse themselves in cutting-edge research in the rich intellectual environment of Cambridge, Massachusetts. The duration of the fellowship is 5 years, which is scheduled to start either in September or December 2026.

No Application Fee will be charged to any candidates while applying for the fellows programme. Fellowship Benefits

Who can Apply?

Applicants fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the fellowship

  • The Rowland fellows programme is open for both US and Non-Citizens
  • Individuals must have completed their doctoral degree before starting of fellowship
  • Applicants must have secured their degree from an accredited institute
  • Applicants must be in the process of completing their PhD or have already received their PhD after May 1, 2024.
  • Proposed research must be focused on the areas of science or engineering, including (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Neuroscience, etc)

  • An “Elevator Pitch” that describes your research goals (Max 250 words)
  • Statement of Research (Max 3 Pages, including references)
  • An Updated CV
  • A Vision Statement (Max one page)
  • Contact details of three of the four references
