Higher Education Commission has recently announced Moroccan Govt scholarships for the nationals of Pakistan. The scholarships are offered for the Undergraduate, Graduate & PhD Degree programs at the Moroccan Public Institutions of Higher Education for session 2024–2025. This Moroccan Government Scholarship is being offered by the Moroccan Agency of International Cooperation (AMCI).

Who Can Apply?
- The candidate must be a Pakistani or Azad Jammu and Kashmir permanent resident or national. If you have dual nationality, you won’t qualify.
- Provide valid test scores for USAT and HAT.
- The nominees for this scholarship opportunity will depend on the HAT & USAT test scores.
- Note: HEC possesses all rights to change or modify this criterion.
- For an undergraduate program, i.e., a bachelor’s, a minimum of 12 years of education or a degree that is FSC or A-level is necessary, and the applicant should be at least 23 years old.
- For a graduate program, i.e., a master’s, a minimum of 16 years of education is necessary.
- For a PhD program, a minimum of 18 years of education in the relevant field is necessary.
- Fill out all the required documentation for the Moroccan University.
Scholarship Coverage
- A monthly stipend or grant of 750.00 dirhams (approx. US $75) to the scholarship holders will be provided.
- Within the limits of available space, the accommodation for the students is covered by the boarding schools and university residences.
- Meals will be covered for the students within the university restaurant.
- An insurance policy that offers the following medical coverage is provided:
- Medical care.
- Reimbursement of medical expenses.
- Final medical evacuation for a serious illness that restricts the student from continuing his or her studies in Morocco.
- Repatriation of the body due to death on Moroccan territory.
*Registration fees, Transportation costs, and other expenses are the responsibility of scholars.

Application Materials
- Copies of the following documents are required:
- A signed application form from HEC.
- Attested educational documents.
- CNIC of the applicant.
- A letter of motivation from the candidate.
- Extracurricular and volunteering activities of the best performance of candidates must be shown through proper documentation or certificates.
- Letter of recommendation.
- For PhD programs, a complete thesis is necessary to obtain a Master’s degree and the doctoral thesis proposal.
- A police clearance certificate for showing a non-criminal record that is recent and not older than six months.
- A medical certificate showing satisfactory health conditions from a physician. The applicant should be free from any health diseases such as hepatitis (A, B, C), AIDS, or any other epidemic conditions.
- A NOC is necessary in the case of employment from the applicant’s employer.
