The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has announced the application call for the “Moroccan Govt Scholarship” and invites applications from outstanding students from across Pakistan. This fully funded scholarship, offered by the Government of Morocco through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), provides an excellent opportunity for ambitious Pakistani students to study Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degree programs at leading higher education institutions in Morocco, including public universities and vocational and technical education institutes.
The scholarship initiative aims to support talented students in pursuing higher education in Morocco while promoting academic cooperation between Morocco and its partner countries. A total of 10 scholarship slots have been allocated for Pakistani nationals.
The program offers a wide range of fields of study, including Medical Studies, Paramedical Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Architecture, Management Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Islamic Studies, and more. Applicants from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Language of Instruction
Most degree programs are taught in French, while Literature and Islamic Studies programs are taught in Arabic. Students who are not proficient in French must complete a French language course before beginning their studies.
Who can Apply?
To qualify for the HEC Moroccan Government scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a national of Pakistan or AJ&K
- Dual nationality holders are not eligible to apply
- For Undergraduate studies, you must hold an HSSC/Intermediate
- For Master’s studies, you must hold a bachelor’s degree
- For the PhD program, you must hold a Master’s or equivalent degree
- Applicants must meet the admission requirements of the Moroccan institute
- Must possess excellent academic achievements
- Must have a valid USAT score for the bachelor’s program
- Must have a valid HAT score for master’s & PhD
