The U.S. mission in Pakistan and the United States Education Foundation (USEFP) are pleased to announce the call for applications for the 2027 cycle of its flagship “Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship.” The program, fully funded by the U.S. Department of State, offers mid-career professionals from eligible countries the opportunity to undertake a 10-12-month, non-academic, graduate-level course and gain work experience in a relevant field in the United States. During the fellowship, in addition to coursework, fellows are expected to share information about Pakistani life and culture with groups in the United States. After their return, they are expected to share their U.S. experience with their colleagues and community groups in their home countries. The Humphrey Fellowships are open to applicants from several countries; this post focuses on Pakistani nationals.
The fellowship invites applications from nationals of Pakistan currently residing in Pakistan with 16 years of education and 8-18 years of professional work experience. Applicants must guarantee their re-employment after their return to Pakistan. The fellowship will be held in English. You must have fluency in written and spoken English. The fellowship, generously funded by the U.S. Department of State, provides comprehensive support, including tuition fees, a living stipend, and health insurance, to enable full participation in the program. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the fellowship, you must meet the following criteria

- Have completed a minimum of 16 years of education or a combination of a 2 Year bachelor’s and a master’s degree
