The KU Leuven Inspiring Outstanding Scholarship 2025 is offered to international students from all around the world with outstanding academic achievements to pursue master’s or advanced master’s programs from the institute.
KU Leuven University is committed to providing higher education accessible to deserving and highly talented students therefore the institute has established funds and donations to support outstanding students to pursue one of the degree programs from the institute that reflect the institute’s mission and commitment to fostering excellence and innovation. The “Inspiring the Outstanding Scholarship” holders will receive a full tuition fee waiver and a grant of €12,000 per academic year maximum for 2 years.

Eligiblity Criteria:
- Inspiring outstanding scholarship is open for all nationals
- Enroll in one of the eligible Masters or Advanced masters programs check the full list
- Have not obtained any previous degree from Flanders
- Only newly admitted students can apply for the scholarship
- Students currently pursuing their degree program cannot apply
- Students secured admission to distance learning, or preparatory programs are not eligible.
Scholarship Evaluation Criteria:
- Academic Performance: must have a good academic achievement record
- Language Proficiency: Must demonstrate command of English Language
- Program Requirement: Must fulfill the requirements of the program

Selection Procedure:
- Phase 1: Nomination of students who showed interest in Outstanding scholarship
- Phase 2: Shortlisted applicants will be notified to submit a 1-minute motivational video
- Phase 3: Based on the video committee will select 3 students.
