A prestigious scholarship programme offered by the Flemish Ministry of Education offers outstanding students an exceptional opportunity to pursue a full-time master’s degree program at KU Leuven institutes in Belgium. The degree programs are available in a wide range of study areas (humanities and social Sciences, science, Engineering & Technology, biomedical sciences, and more).

Scholarship Duration
- One Academic Year – 60 ECTS Master’s Programme
- Two Academic Years – 120 ECTS Master’s Programme
Scholarship Coverage
The Master Minds offers a generous support to the selected scholars that includes:
- Full tuition fee waiver
- An allowance of €10,000 per academic year to cover your living expenses during your stay in Belgium.
Total Scholarships:
- KU Leuven University will nominate a total of 20 candidates for the scholarship
Eligiblity Criteria
- Applicants meeting the following criteria are invited to submit their applications:
- Accepting applications from all nationals except Russian nationals
- Students holding an excellent academic record and achievements
- Completed their Bachelor’s degree from an institute outside Flanders
- Individuals whose first language is not English have to demonstrate Good knowledge of English.
- Accepted English test (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge CPE)
