Kyoto University Amgen Scholars Program 2025 (Fully Funded)

Previously we shared about the University of Tokyo Amgen Scholars Program today yet again we are here with an exciting opportunity in Japan that you should not miss out on! Application call for the Kyoto University Amgen Scholars Program 2025, an intensive research program at Kyoto University offered to students enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program. The selected scholars will be assigned to one of the Kyoto University departments that support science and biotechnology research. In addition its a full-time research position (40 Hours per week), the scholars will also participate in educational activities including seminars, and lab visits that will expose them to cutting-edge research.

The Amgen Scholars program will commence from June 6th till August 7th, 2025, It is a fully funded program that supports travel costs, Accommodation, and Stipend. This is your chance to do research in your area of interest under the supervision of the assigned Kyoto University faculty member. The Amgen Scholars program is offered to perform research in the areas of science and biotechnology. The research areas include:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Students pursuing undergraduate degree programs in Asia
  • Students must have completed the first year of undergraduate study
  • Must not be graduating before the summer program begins
  • Possess a strong academic background
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Interested in Pursuing PhD degree
