Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must hold a PhD degree
- Students currently enrolled in the graduate degree program are not eligible
- Must hold excellent academic achievements
- The fellowship is not limited to scholars: non-academic professionals such as government officials, NGO workers, IT specialists working on souteast asian issues, are also invited to apply

- Profiency in the English Language
