Who can Apply?
To be eligible for the MTO program you need to fulfill the following criteria set by the bank:
- The MTO program is inviting applications from both Male/Female nationals of Pakistan
- Minimum 16 years of education in Business related fields from HEC-recognized institutes
- Only those applicants would be considered for the trainee program who have completed their degree
- The maximum age requirement is 30 years as of 30th June 2024
- There is no experience required to be eligible therefore we highly encourage fresh graduates to apply for the program
