About the MITACS internship program
It’s one of the anticipated international research internship programmes in Canada, which connects talented undergraudate students with research opportunities at Canadian Academic institutions. Citizens of the following countries are invited to submit applications:
- Austria, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Jordan, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, UK and USA
Eligiblity Criteria:
- Citizens of the above-mentioned countries are invited to apply
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of application
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or combined master’s program
- Meet the GPA criteria for each country
- Profiency in the English language
- Have completed at least 2 years of an undergraduate degree
- Previously did not participate in the Globalink Research internship.
- Apply for at least 3 and up to 10 projects.
