The Government of Pakistan Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has recently announced the Pakistan Minorities Welfare Fund Scholarship for the session 2024-25. MORA scholarships are awarded to students belonging to minority groups for different categories from primary to professional level.
Applicants interested in this scholarship program must submit their application within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication. Students enrolled in government institutes with parents’ monthly income less than Pkr 74,000 are invited to submit the applications.

Eligiblity Criteria:
- Male/Female nationals of Pakistan belonging from a minority group
- Enrolled as a regular student in the government institutes of Pakistan
- Have secured at least 50% marks or GPA
- The parent’s income must be less than PKR: 74,000/- per month
Required Documents
Applicants need to fill out the application online, take its printout, and send it to the Ministry along with the following documents:
- Attested copies of mark sheets and progress reports of the last annual exam
- Attested copies of the last two semesters in case of semester system
- Income certificate of Father/Guardian
- Attested copy of CNIC or FORM-B
- Operation Bank Account no of student
Instruction for Institutes:
- Applicants’ applications are required to be verified by the Head of the Education institution including progress report, marks sheet, etc.
- Students who have already secured any other scholarship are not eligible
- Students enrolled in private institutions can not apply
