NUST School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (SEECS) is seeking full-time Research assistants for the System-on-Chip (SoC) Lab. Under the Supervision (SoC) Lab dynamic Faculty, The research Assistants shall work on Computer Architecture, systems-on-chip design, and digital integrated circuit design with a focus on RISC-V.

Eligibility Criteria :

A strong foundation in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 from an HEC-recognized university (or be in your final year of undergrad or first year of grad studies)

A passion for digital design and development, with skills in:

– Verilog/System Verilog HDL

– FPGA development

– Digital design techniques and methodologies

– Middle-ware and embedded OS

A willingness to learn and grow, with a keen interest in:

– Digital IC design back-end tools

– Low power, multi-voltage design

– Programming/scripting languages

The ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with the team.
