The institute covers all program-related costs, including a round-trip flight ticket, furnished accommodation, an allowance of JPY 2,400 per working day, and transportation support. Applications for the Spring 2027 intake are currently open. The application deadline is October 15th, 2026.

- Be enrolled in any year of a graduate programme

- Applicants who have completed their bachelor’s or master’s can also apply
- PhD students are not eligible to apply
