Why Open Door Russian Scholarship?
The Open Door is a project of the Government of Russia that allows you to study Bachelor, Master & PhD degree programs free of cost in multiple participating institutes of Russia.
The scholarship awardees will receive early admission to the participating institute without any admission fees other than that scholars will also receive a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses during their stay in the Federation of Russia.

How to Apply for Open Door Scholarship 2025?
