The applications are open for the RIPS Summer Internship program 2026. RIPS (Research in Industrial Project for Students) is a prestigious summer research programme hosted by the University of California, USA.
The internship is designed for talented students currently pursuing their undergraduate degree program in computer science, math, or related fields to work on real-world research projects. The duration of the internship is 3 months and will take place on the UCLA campus from June 26- August 21, 2026. The internship offers students cutting-edge research experience under the mentorship of academic and industry mentors. By the end of the program, interns will present their work results.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants meeting the following criteria are invited to apply to RIPS-LA 2026:
- RIPS Summer internship is open to all nationals
- Students currenly pursuing their undergraduate degree in STEM fields
- Fresh graduates completed their degree no earlier than December 2025
- Domestic (US) nationals are not eligible to apply
- An individual must be at least 18 years of age at the time of internship
- Have a strong interest in mathematics
