Eligiblity Criteria:
- The Sigpa Pre-Graduate Award is open to all nationals
- Students pursuing Undergraduate or Masters degree in STEM fields can apply
- Undergraduate students must be in the 3rd or 4th year of the degree program
- Have an interest in the SIGPA research areas
- Applicants must remain enrolled in their home institute during the attachment period
- Have good spoken and written English language
Award Coverage
- The SIGPA Pre-Graduate award offers a monthly stipend of $2,000 to the selected participants

The projects are available in four categories that are:
- Computing and Information Sciences (CIT), Biomedical Sciences (BMS), Physical Sciences (PS), and Engineering and Technology (E&T).

- You need to email the Sigpa office to cancel your application and then submit a fresh application.
Can I apply for the program without a Passport?
- Yes! you can apply for the program if you don’t possess a passport yet, applicants may other documents to indicate their passport is not ready.
My previous SIGPA application was rejected can I still apply?
- Yes! All applicants who have applied previously but were not selected can re-apply.
