Applications are open for the UA RUHR Summer School 2026. UA RUHR research academy, through its official portal, has announced its flagship “Research Explorer Ruhr Summer program” and is seeking applications from outstanding researchers from all around the world. It’s an immersive 2-week summer program hosted by the University Alliance Ruhr, a consortium of three leading German institutions: Ruhr University Bochum, TY Dortmund University, and University of Duisburg-Essen, which allows international doctoral researchers and early-career researchers to have exposure to the research landscape of the University Alliance Ruhr.
The participants will spend 2 weeks in one of the member institutes of the alliance from June 21 to July 4, 2026. It’s a fully funded programme that covers all the costs, including travel expenses, visa fees, and accommodation for the program duration. No application fee is required; this is your chance to immerse yourselves in the research ecosystem of Ruhr in a country known for the quality of research, innovation, and excellence.
