Who can Apply?

Applicants fulfilling the following criteria are invited to submit their applications:

• The UBD scholarship is open to all nationals
• Applicants’ age must not be more than 30 years at the time of application
• Holding a Master’s degree in a relevant field for a PhD program
• Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent for a Master program
• Applicants must have excellent academic achievements
• Meet English language requirements IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL PBT ≥ 550, or UBD-EPT B2
• Submit a high-quality research proposal aligned with UBD key focus areas such as Energy, Data Analytics, Islamic Studies, Climate Change, Sensor Technology, and Biodiversity.
