Applicants holding a Domicile or local certificate of the Gilgit Baltistan are invited to apply, Students who possess any other scholarship cannot apply. Who can Apply?
- Applicants with GB Domicile/Local Certificate
- Must have completed higher secondary school
- Must not possess any other scholarship

Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarship covers:
- Hostel Fee, Tuition Fees, and other related charges – Max 240,000/Year
- A monthly stipend of Pkr 15000
- Traveling and book allowance of Rs 30,000 per annum
Selection Criteria
- The selection is based on the Aptitude test that would be conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC), HEC) and academic record.
- Applicants need to secure at least 50% marks in the ETC test, The result of the test would be valid for 1 year.
