Internship Position:

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the United Nations Development internship in Bangkok you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Students enrolled in Bachelors or Masters degree program
- Have graduated with the above-mentioned degree no longer than 1 year ago
- Have an academic background in communications, International development, gender studies, journalism, or related fields
- Possess experience in Media work, digital communication, and social media.
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows application
- Demonstrate interest in the area of gender equality
- Video and photo editing skills
- The AI training experience will be valued
- Fluent in English Language

Intern Role
During the internship, the interns will be working under the supervision of the Global Manager of the Gender Equality Seal for Publication Institution and will assist in the following tasks:
- Provide support for the improvement of AI LOLA
- Interns will do a comparative analysis of AI LOLA to identify where the tool needs improvement
- Improving LOLA’s instruction based on comparisons to make the results more accurate
- Work on improving the User experience to make it more efficient and reliable for end users
- Plan and organize the Global award ceremony
In short, the interns will be assisting in data analysis, improving AI tools, content creation, and event planning to make the Seal for Public Institutions more visible.
