Eligiblity Criteria
UNESCO is inviting applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Internships are open to all nationals
- Individuals must be at least 20 years old at the time of application
- Currently enrolled in a second university degree (Master’s & PhD)
- Recent graduates of Master’s & PhD, 12 months before the start of the internship
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in any other official working language of UNESCO is an asset
- Students must have excellent academic standing
- Interest in the United Nations mandate
Ineligibility:
- Individuals who are not 20 years old at the time of application
- Bachelor’s students are not eligible to apply
- Individuals completed a bachelor’s degree but did not enroll in a master’s degree
- Individual’s immediate relatives already serving in UNESCO
