The Traineeship is offered in the organization unit of the Multilateral Diplomacy Programme unit (MDPU).
United Nations Institute for Training and Research is a training arm of the United Nations that operates all around the world. The organization offers traineeships to students and recent graduates to gain experience and enhance their understanding of the United Nations System.
Application for the traineeship is invited from international applicants from all around the world. The internship will be held at UNITAR headquarters located in Geneva, Switzerland. During the traineeship program trainees will be paid a lump sum of 900 CHF that will bear the cost of transportation and other related costs. Dates & Duration
Duration: The duration of the traineeship is 4 months which will be held on a full-time basis at Geneva Headquarters Switzerland.
Dates: The traineeship will start in the third week of June 2024, exact dates will be announced upon the selection of applicants.
Eligiblity Criteria
Education: Applicants pursuing their Undergraduate, Graduate, or postgraduate degree program or those who have recently graduated are eligible to apply.
Academic Background: Applicants enrolled or graduated in the fields of History, Law, Education, International Relations, Political Science, Languages, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirement: Applicants must have good oral and Written English skills.
Computer Skills: Must have a good hold of e-learning tools, excel, PowerPoint, word processing, etc.

Financial Coverage
