Well, wait no longer, as applications are now open for the WEF Early Careers Programme 2026 Spring cohort.

Early career positions are announced for the WEF Offices based in Beijing, Mumbai, Tokyo, & geneva. The assignment duration is 6 months, and all selected participants are expected to work full-time in-person at one of the assigned offices. The WEF early-career programme is inviting applications from talented candidates holding a minimum Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a recognized institution with a maximum of 3 years of cumulative work experience to participate and gain hands-on practical experience while contributing to the impactful projects under the supervision of renowned WEF experts.

• Open for all nationals
• Applicants must have completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Applicants from diverse academic backgrounds are invited to apply
