One of the most anticipated internship programs in the United States is now open for applications. The White House is pleased to announce the call for applications for its flagship “The White House Internship Program 2027”. Hosted by the White House, this prestigious public service internship offers an incredible opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain firsthand experience by working on meaningful assignments in the Executive Office of the President while developing public service, professional, and leadership skills. Students and recent graduates from all academic backgrounds are invited to apply.
It’s a 10- 12-week full-time internship program, with a tentative start between January and May 2026. Throughout the program, interns participate in professional development sessions, leadership activities, volunteer projects, and departmental assignments that provide practical exposure to the day-to-day operations of the U.S. federal government. About White House Internship Program 2027
The White House internship is one of the most prestigious leadership development programs designed to prepare the next generation of public service leaders through meaningful assignments. The mission of the internship is to make “People House” accessible to future leaders from across the nation.
The internship is intended for students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or who recently graduated within the last 2 years. Applicants from all academic backgrounds are invited to apply.
Who can Apply?

Meets one of the following requirements:
