You heard it right. The application window for one of the most anticipated Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship Programmes for the 2026-27 edition is now finally open.
From its name, you would have an idea who is offering this program. It’s a one-year hybrid mentorship program jointly organized by Dior and UNESCO that offers women leaders from around the world the opportunity to apply and polish their leadership skills and expand their global networks. The mentorship program is inviting applications from Women leaders aged under 30, who are currently pursuing a full-time degree from recognized higher education institutes. There are no academic background restrictions; applicants pursuing any degree program are eligible to apply. You need to demonstrate a strong interest in women’s empowerment.
The mentorship and education program offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from Dior professionals, recieve one-on-one mentorship, develop a social impact project under the guidance of experts, and connect with community leaders. The programme was established in 2017. Since its insecption, around 2800 women from 60 countries have participated in this programme. The objecitve of the Women@Dior and UNESCO mentorship program is to empower the next generation of women leaders by fostering their leadership skills and social impact capabilities.
The program offers a wide range of perks and benefits to the paricipants such as personalized mentorship, free access to an education platform, develop a social impact project, recieve certification, and more. There is no application fee associated with the program. The application process is online via the official unesco.org portal. Eligiblity Criteria
Women&Dior & UNESCO is accepting applications from individuals meeting the following criteria:
- Calling applications from all nationals
- Accepting applications from young women under 30 years of age
- Currently pursuing a full-time degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) in a recognized higher education institution
- No academic background restrictions
- Demonstrate a strong interest in Women’s empowerment
- Undergrad students must be in the final year of their degree program
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Demonstrate full commitment in program course work, mentorship and “Dream of Change” project
- Only application submissions through the official online portal are considered
Ineligibility
- Accepting applications from young women
- Applicants aged more than 30 years are not eligible
- Currenlty enrolled in the degree programme
- Previously not paricipated in Women@Dior & UNESCO program
- Applications not submitted in due date are not considered
Programme Structure
Its a tailored mentorship and educational programme structred around four main components that are:
- Personalized one-on-one mentorship from Dior experts
- Full access to online learning platform with over 16 courses prepared by renowned professors from reputed institutions
- After the succesfull completion of the online course, participants will work on the “Dream for Change” project, where they will design and implement a socual impact project for their local communities under the guidance of experts
- Access to a global network of young women from over 60 countries
