Well, wait no more, as “Center for Diplomatic Advancement,” one of the renowned youth organizations, is back with the 2nd edition of World Youth Forum 2026 set to take place at Porto Palacio Hotel, Portugal from 19th-22nd February, 2026. A prestigious youth forum hosted by the Center for Diplomatic Advancement is exclusively designed for the highly motivated and talented young leaders aged 18-45 Years, passionate about innovation, leadership, sustainability, and global development.
The forum serves as an engaging platform designed to cultivate leadership skills, foster innovation, and inspire young leaders to become ambassadors of positive change. The WYF Portugal is offering a total of 250 seats, which are further divided into 100 partially funded, 100 Forum access seats, and 50 Fully Funded seats. Applicants aged 18-45 years from all around the world with demonstrated interest in leadership, global issues, and community development are encouraged to apply.
The program aims to equip young leaders with practical skills, knowledge, and networks to bring a positive impact in their communities. The duration of the forum is 4 days during which the paricipants will engage in Dynamic discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. NO IELTS is required for participation in the programme. Eligiblity Criteria
Applicants meeting the following criteria are invited to apply for the World Youth Forum 2026:
- WYF 2026 is accepting applications from all nationals
- Applicants aged between 18-45 years at the time of application can apply for scholarship seats; however no age restriction for self-funded seats
- Proficiency in the English language is required, as all sessions of the event will be conducted in English
- Demonstrate interest in leadership, global issues, and community development
- Must be available to attend the full duration of the program in Portugal
Selection Criteria
The selection criteria are based on the following factors:
- Applicants leadership potentail
- Involvement in community work, volunteer service, etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation to attend the program
