For those who are not aware of this program, let us provide a brief introduction. It’s a prestigious summer academic program hosted by one of the most reputable universities, Yale University, in the USA. The program is exclusively designed for motivated high school students aged between 16-18 from around the world to participate in a rigorous academic curriculum while experiencing on-campus life at Yale’s historic campus. The Yale Scholars Program is offering a total of three academic tracks for summer 2026: (1) Innovation in Science & Technology, (2) Law, Economics, Politics (3) Solving global challenges. Students can choose one academic track based on their interests.

The duration of the program is 2 weeks, during which the paricipants will experience working on capstone projects under the mentorship of YYGS staff, attend lectures, seminars, and symposiums. The program offers need-based financial aid for both international and domestic students that can cover up to 100% of your tuition fees. The sessions are set to take place from June – July 2026. Eligiblity Criteria

To be eligible for the YYGS, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Accepting applications from both domestic & international students
  • Applicants’ age must be between 16-18 years old
  • Currenly pursuing their high school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Expected graduation date May/June 2027 or 2028
  • Previously did not participate in YYGS
