Biji-Biji in collaboration with the US Embassy in Indonesia and Singapore is offering this workshop, the duration of the workshop is 12 months. The program offers $10,000 in grants to bring your innovative ideas to life. The workshop aims to provide a platform for young leaders to drive sustainable solutions for the thriving blue economy. YSEALI Workshop Coverage
The program provides the following coverage:

Workshop Dates:
The workshop will be held in Indonesia and Singapore from April 21-25, 2025, while the rest of the program will be held virtually.
What does the Workshop Includes?
During the workshop selected participants will engage in keynote speeches, leadership talks, Site visits, panel discussions, networking sessions, and hands-on activities.
Eligiblity Criteria:
- Applicants belonging to Southeast Asian countries
- Age requirement 18-35 years old
- Have an interest in the area of blue economy and sustainable development
- Passionate about positive impact and eager to develop leadership skills
Program Timeline
The 12 months program consists of 5 phases that are:
- Phase 1: Application Process & Recruitment
- Phase 2: Pre-workshop (Virtual) to learn about program objectives
- Phase 3: Main Event will be held in Batam, Indonesia, and Singapore.
- Phase 4: Post-Workshop & Grants
- Phase 5: Networking & Collaboration
