Turkey has finally opened the door for international students through its “YTB-IsDB Joint Scholarship 2026-27” and invites applications from outstanding students from IsDB member countries and Muslim communities residing overseas to study at the most prestigious universities of Turkiye. A Fully Funded scholarship program jointly organized by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Islamic Development Bank offers students from IsDB member countries and Muslim communities an opportunity to pursue a full-time Associate, Undergraduate, Graduate, and PhD degrees in a wide range of science and technology subjects at leading higher education institutes in Turkey.
The YTB-IsDB joint scholarship offers comprehensive support to students, covering accommodation, round-trip flight tickets, a monthly stipend, Turkish language courses, and additional benefits. The objective of the scholarship is to foster academic collaboration between Turkey and participating countries and contribute to the social, cultural, and economic development of developing countries. - Hold a high school degree for the bachelor’s program
- Hold a bachelor’s degree for a Master’s program

- For an Undergraduate degree: Under 21 Years old
- For Master’s Degree: Under 30 years Old
- For PhD Degree: Under 35 years old
